Dersch Design & Engineering created conceptual designs for two solar PV systems at two different U.S. Customs & Border Patrol Land Port of Entry sites. Our team estimated solar PV system sizes, assessed structural feasibility, and identified locations on site best suited for solar power generation.
A solar feasibility study for each site was performed and our engineers created conceptual PV system layouts intended to maximally exploit the sites for renewable power production.
Additionally, we managed a structural engineering sub consultant with whom we collaborated to help create bridging documents for the project.
